Sales and Marketing Bulk SMS & Bulk WhatsApp - (Ora Mobile)
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and retaining clients for our Bulk SMS and Bulk WhatsApp services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen and a passion for digital communication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract businesses and organizations needing bulk messaging solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients across various industries (e.g., SACCOs, schools, real estate, retail, healthcare, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize future strategies.
- Train and guide junior sales representatives (if applicable) to enhance team performance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in bulk SMS, bulk WhatsApp, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital communication technologies and their applications for businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office to manage leads, track sales, and generate reports.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
